Country Road Sales Manager

Reporting to the Cluster Manager, this position is responsible for driving sales and profit, ensuring the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company. The role requires providing inspirational leadership, training, and developing team capability to exceed within the department and the retail store as a whole.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and profit, ensuring the achievement of all KPIs as set by the company.
  • Provide inspirational leadership, training, and developing team capability.
  • Maintain a focus on commercial acumen, ensuring the team has an understanding of the performance of the department/store.
  • Effectively manage costs.
  • Drive a customer-centric culture, creating a warm and genuine customer service experience.
  • Adhere to all company behaviors, policies, and procedures.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience in managing a high sales turnover retail business.
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpreting financial reports, and generating efficient rosters.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing for profit, with a commercial approach.
  • A passion for the retail industry, exceptional service, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
  • Experience managing the performance, training, and development of a medium to large team.
  • Skills associated with driving productivity with team members.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders.
