Country Road Sales Consultant Opportunity

As a Country Road Sales Consultant, you will work closely with your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences through knowledgeable service and seamless execution of operational processes, while upholding the brand values.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and knowledge to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with your team to achieve sales targets and contribute to a positive store environment.
  • Living and role-modeling the CRG values to deliver results and contribute to team experience.
  • Maintaining a safe working environment for team members and customers.
  • Understanding the brand and CRG strategy and how your role contributes to delivery.
  • Utilizing available tools to stay up-to-date with the latest products and share knowledge with customers.
  • Assisting with store visual merchandising and presentation to brand standards.
  • Contributing to smooth store operations through effective stock management and loss prevention.
