As a key member of our project team, you will play a pivotal part in managing contractual and financial aspects from procurement through to final project close-out.
This role involves preparing, reviewing, and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts, as well as overseeing cost control, forecasting, and variations. You will also assist with tendering and procurement processes, working closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
- Develop and manage complex commercial relationships with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Implement effective cost control measures to minimize project risks.
- Provide proactive support for the project delivery team, ensuring seamless contract administration.
- Minimum 2–4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator in a construction or commercial environment.
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and commercial principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, with ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
- Driven, detail-focused, and eager to develop within the company.
