Our company requires a skilled professional to manage and prepare contracts for projects across various sectors.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract administration, including preparation and management of subcontractor and supplier contracts
- Effective cost control, forecasting, and variation management
- Support with tendering and procurement processes
- Collaboration with project managers and site teams to ensure timely delivery and budget adherence
- Communication with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain contract compliance
- Maintenance of accurate project documentation and reporting
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in contract administration, preferably within the commercial or residential construction sector
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively within a team and autonomously as required
- Driven, detail-focused, and committed to continuous growth and development
