Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to support the successful delivery of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.

  • Prepare and review contracts for compliance and accuracy.
  • Manage cost control and forecasting processes to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Assist with tendering and procurement processes to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to inform future business decisions.
About You:
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction contracts and procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
  • Driven, detail-focused and eager to develop within the company.
