
Project Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to support the successful delivery of projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing and managing subcontractor and supplier contracts.
- Prepare and review contracts for compliance and accuracy.
- Manage cost control and forecasting processes to ensure timely completion of projects.
- Assist with tendering and procurement processes to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Work closely with project managers and site teams to ensure budgets and timelines are met.
- Liaise with stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting to inform future business decisions.
- Minimum 2-4 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of commercial and residential construction contracts and procurement processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required.
- Driven, detail-focused and eager to develop within the company.
