About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Contract Coordinator to support the successful delivery of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Oversee cost control, forecasting, and variations to ensure project budgets are met
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager and Site Team to drive project timelines forward
  • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance and efficient communication
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and reporting systems

About You:

  • Minimum 2–4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator or Senior Contract Coordinator within a commercial or residential construction environment
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement processes, and relevant legislation
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required
  • Driven, detail-focused, and eager to develop and contribute to the company's growth
