Our company offers a supportive team environment, local projects, and real career progression. We are seeking an experienced and proactive Contracts Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects ranging from $5M–$30M.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare, review, and manage subcontractor and supplier contracts
    • Manage cost control, forecasting, and variations
    • Assist with tendering and procurement processes
    • Work closely with the Project Manager and Site Team to ensure budgets and timelines are met
    • Liaise with stakeholders, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure contract compliance
    • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
  • About You:
    • Minimum 2–4 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator with a commercial or residential head contractor
    • Strong understanding of construction contracts and procurement processes
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and autonomously when required
    • Driven, detail-focused, and eager to develop within the company
