Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Contract Management Specialist to join our organization.

This individual will be responsible for ensuring project success by:

  • Preparing detailed estimates through measuring quantities and developing subcontractor scopes of work
  • Managing procurement schedules and contract letting processes
  • Overseeing financial management, reporting, and forecasting initiatives
  • Collaborating with site teams to ensure alignment with safety, quality, and environmental management systems

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed estimates by measuring quantities and developing subcontractor scopes of work
  • Manage procurement scheduling and contract letting

Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role in commercial construction (desired)
