We are seeking a skilled Business Development Manager to lead our strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth.
- This role requires a strong understanding of financial services and relationship management.
- You will be responsible for managing existing partnerships, negotiating agreements, and collaborating with stakeholders.
- Your key performance indicators will include driving revenue growth, improving customer acquisition, and enhancing our partnership offerings.
About the Role:
- Strategic Partnership Management: Develop and execute strategies to enhance our partnerships and drive business outcomes.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and successful initiative execution.
- Market Insights and Strategy Development: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and analysing data to inform decision-making.
About You:
- Minimum 3+ years' experience in Financial Services and/or Relationship Management.
- Strong project management and cross-functional skills, with ability to manage, prioritise, implement and analyse various initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience in creating, disseminating and presenting key business insights and/or strategy initiatives clearly and concisely to various stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with an aptitude for process and customer journey design based on data and customer insights.
- Able to influence with authority and manage senior stakeholders to drive change and bring multiple partners and stakeholders to a unified consensus.
- A dedicated team player with a passion for innovation and the ability to maintain a positive attitude and culture in the face of challenges.
