Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial and Operations Director to join our APEX team at PMX. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business.

Main Responsibilities

  • Streamline workflows and implement automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop strategies to maximize revenue.
  • Ensure all operations meet regulatory standards and maintain risks effectively.
  • Oversee inventory to ensure optimal levels and reduce waste.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of the organization.
  • Counsel and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 10-15 years' experience in operations/commercial role.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth.
  • Experience in heading teams.
  • Experience in budgeting, financial planning, financial performance insight.
  • Compliance and Risk management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.

    The Purpose of the Role

    At APEX, we aim to balance operational excellence with commercial success. As the Operations and Commercial Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization.

    • Senior stakeholder enterprise revenue reporting

    • Efficient inventory management – usage, cost of inventory, accurate forecasting

    • Tracking of revenue delivery – pacing, risk management
