Job Title: Head of Loyalty

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our loyalty program and drive business growth in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to meet agreed lifestyle objectives and achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor and review business performance to ensure alignment with strategic growth plans.
  • Collaborate with local teams to expand Cathay's travel and lifestyle propositions to local markets.
  • Manage relationships with partners and negotiate commercial offers for marketing promotions and campaigns.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve success and foster a positive team spirit.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years' relevant working experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Strong commercial mindset, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and good understanding of loyalty and rewards.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and local language.
