Job Title: Head of Loyalty

Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our loyalty and customer engagement efforts in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive loyalty and customer engagement across the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute loyalty programs, promotions, and marketing campaigns.
  • Manage relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of loyalty and rewards experiences.
  • Lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and drive customer engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform loyalty and customer engagement strategies.
Requirements:
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in loyalty, customer engagement, or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of loyalty and rewards programs.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
