
Young People Support Specialist

This position involves providing direct care and support to young people who have experienced trauma and have a disability.
As a dedicated caregiver, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes positive family relationships.
- You will work within a residential setting, ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents at all times.
- Our team operates within a trauma-informed framework, which enables us to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents who face complex challenges.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent qualification.
- A valid Victorian driver's licence.
- Australian working rights.
- The willingness to undergo a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check.
- A Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications are also essential.
