About this role: Staying on Track is a program supporting young people leaving youth detention to reintegrate with their families and communities.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Program Manager in delivering services, including referral management, client data maintenance, and service reviews.
- Complete administrative tasks, provide active support to staff and families, and foster a positive team environment.
- Promote the organization's values and mission.
Skill Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in health or related fields.
- Experience building strong relationships with young people, families, and community stakeholders.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including database management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
