Emergency Response Coordinator

This critical role involves handling emergency calls, providing vital advice, and dispatching necessary resources. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are paramount in this position.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, offer pre-arrival guidance, and coordinate QAS responses.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Centre team and other healthcare providers to facilitate patient transportation.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, including active listening, assertiveness, and empathy.
  • Capable of de-escalating highly emotive situations and working effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong commitment to customer service and ability to manage stress and pressure.
  • Proficient keyboarding and computer literacy skills, as well as a strong work ethic and adherence to professional standards.

Training and Certification:
