We are seeking a proactive and safety-conscious individual to join our dynamic team as a lifeguard. The role involves ensuring pool safety, responding to emergencies, and assisting with facility upkeep.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vigilantly monitor all aquatic areas to prevent accidents and emergencies.
  • Respond quickly to emergency situations, providing first aid or rescue as necessary.
  • Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members and guests.
  • Support pool maintenance and maintain cleanliness standards.
  • Deliver friendly and exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • A current Lifeguard Certification is required (or the willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid and CPR Certification is also required and must be up-to-date
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations are essential
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are also required
