The successful candidate will have approximately 4 years of experience in corporate secretarial, with a strong understanding of ASIC regulations. They will be responsible for managing company registers, preparing and lodging ASIC forms, drafting resolutions and statutory documents, and monitoring ASIC debt status.
In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about providing exceptional client service and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage company registers and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and lodge ASIC forms and documents.
- Draft resolutions and statutory documents.
- Monitor ASIC debt status and ensure compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Requirements:
- Graduate qualification in commerce, business, governance, or law.
