This vibrant, fast-growing organization oversees numerous brands and collaborates with various agency clients. They are in search of an individual who not only practices SEO but lives it. The ideal candidate will be a trendsetter, consistently ahead of the curve, contributing innovative ideas and data-driven tactics.

This position is primarily full-time, but part-time arrangements can be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Development: Formulate groundbreaking SEO strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Competitive Analysis: Conduct in-depth competitor research to identify untapped opportunities.
  • Industry Trends: Remain at the forefront of SEO trends, always scouting for the next significant advancement.
  • Organic Growth: Propel organic growth across various brands and client portfolios.

The ideal candidate will flourish in a non-hierarchical environment and be willing to take initiative. You will have the autonomy to experiment, innovate, and significantly influence the company's digital footprint.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Competitor Insights: Analyze competitor strategies to pinpoint weaknesses and transform findings into actionable strategies.
  • Technical SEO: Conduct regular technical assessments to ensure optimal site performance.
  • On-Page Optimization: Create data-driven strategies for on-page enhancements, collaborating with development teams to implement best practices.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Establish and manage comprehensive SEO tracking and reporting systems, translating complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Innovation: Stay ahead of SEO industry trends and experiment with new tactics and tools.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated success in SEO strategy implementation.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Expertise in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
  • Proficiency in Google Tag Manager.
  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with creative problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with online advertising platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
