About Our Sales Approach
At Delante, we emphasize thought leadership and inbound marketing. Our adept marketing team conducts numerous campaigns, generating inbound sales leads through diverse channels. Once a potential client submits their contact information and is verified as qualified, they are referred to a Sales Team member. The process includes:

  • Initial video consultation with the client
  • Preparation of proposals (with assistance from delivery teams)
  • Conducting sales presentations
  • Finalizing arrangements
  • Completing the contract
  • Transitioning the client to the delivery team.

About Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound sales leads as outlined in the process above. Daily activities will involve:

  • Scheduling introductory video consultations
  • Building strong relationships with prospective clients (CEOs, Marketing Directors)
  • Delivering sales presentations
  • Drafting proposals and conducting initial SEO assessments
  • Responding to client inquiries and correspondence
  • Coordinating contract specifics

About Our Expectations

  • Minimum of 3 years in international B2B sales
  • Demonstrated success in fostering positive relationships
  • Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Positive attitude and outlook
  • Familiarity with SEO or SEM is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide excellent training opportunities.

About Compensation

  • Base salary of 9000 PLN net B2B
  • Recurring revenue-sharing commission. Expected commission of approximately 4k PLN monthly after 6 months, 10k PLN monthly after one year, and around 15k PLN monthly after two years of consistent performance.
  • Potential monthly bonuses up to 5k PLN based on achieving sales targets.
