About Our Sales Process
At Delante, we emphasize thought leadership and inbound marketing. Our talented marketing team conducts numerous campaigns to generate inbound sales leads through diverse channels. Once a potential client submits their contact information and is verified as qualified, the lead is handed over to a Sales Team member. The subsequent steps include:
- Conducting a video call with the client
- Preparing a proposal (with assistance from delivery teams)
- Presenting the sales pitch
- Finalizing the details
- Completing the contract
- Transitioning the client to the delivery team.
About Your Role
As a Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to convert inbound sales leads as outlined in the process above. Your daily activities will involve:
- Scheduling introductory video calls
- Building strong relationships with potential clients (CEOs, Marketing Directors)
- Delivering sales presentations
- Drafting proposals and conducting initial SEO assessments
- Responding to client inquiries and communications
- Coordinating contract specifics
About Our Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in international B2B sales
- Demonstrated success in fostering positive relationships
- Exceptional proficiency in written and spoken English
- Positive mindset and attitude
- Familiarity with SEO or SEM is advantageous but not mandatory; we provide excellent training.
About Compensation
- Base salary of 9000 PLN net B2B
- Recurring revenue-sharing commission, with expected earnings of around 4k PLN monthly after 6 months, 10k PLN monthly after a year, and approximately 15k PLN monthly after two years of consistent performance.
- Up to 5k PLN monthly bonus based on achieving sales targets
