Role Overview
In this essential position, you will be instrumental in enhancing our customers' experiences and supporting business development as our platform evolves. Your primary focus will be on users of our resource recovery solution, utilizing data-driven strategies to improve customer interactions. This role involves various facets of customer engagement, including support center involvement, account management, business development, onboarding, and educating users about the KPMG Origins Platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Success: Collaborate with the team to enhance user satisfaction and customer retention by understanding and addressing customer needs throughout their journey.Product Ambassador: Identify opportunities for improvement, upselling, and cross-selling our services proactively.Customer-Centric Approach: Contribute to customer development by analyzing behaviors and understanding essential requirements for customers to become advocates of our platform.Frontline Ambassador: Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.Customer Advocate: Relay customer feedback to inform sales strategies, product development, and marketing initiatives focused on delivering value.Content Development: Assist in crafting our narrative and scheduling content to support customer acquisition, engagement, and education.Support Center Engagement: Actively participate in customer support operations, serving as a key point of technical escalation and providing solutions as a product expert.Onboarding and Education: Facilitate customer onboarding and contribute to educational initiatives through training and support.Technical Implementation: Leverage your expertise in digital tools like HubSpot, Dynamics CRM, Intercom, Tableau, Azure DevOps, and Microsoft software to enhance customer interactions.Operational Support: Assist in various projects aimed at resolving issues and optimizing business operations.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within Resource Recovery/Waste.Experience in B2B SaaS environments.A genuine passion for technology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.Strong problem-solving skills and a desire to connect with customers.Highly organized, self-motivated, and a quick learner.Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.Adept at utilizing technology to scale customer engagement.Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.Proficient in managing conflicting priorities and workloads efficiently.Proven relationship-building skills with a track record of cultivating strong partnerships.Bonus: Relevant sector experience (e.g., agriculture, construction, healthcare, financial services) and specific client engagement expertise.
