Paxus, a leader in technology and digital talent solutions, is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Success Specialist.
In this position, you will be integral to fostering positive relationships with our contractors, ensuring they receive the support and recognition they deserve throughout their engagement with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process: Facilitate the smooth integration of new contractors into our systems, ensuring precision in payroll, timesheets, superannuation, and invoicing. Manage contractor agreements while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain strong connections with your assigned contractors, offering prompt assistance and addressing inquiries. Actively engage with contractors to comprehend their requirements and surpass their expectations.
- Administrative Management: Maintain accurate contractor records, including extensions, work orders, and rate modifications. Oversee visa sponsorship processes as necessary.
- Compliance Assurance: Ensure adherence to compliance regulations by upholding relevant legislation. Advocate for workplace health and safety by managing the Paxus iSafe register.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to guarantee a seamless experience for contractors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service, Contractor Management, or an Administrative capacity.
- Proficient in MS Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
