Paxus, a leader in technology and digital talent solutions, is seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Success Specialist.
In this position, you will be integral to fostering positive relationships with our contractors, ensuring they receive the support and recognition they deserve throughout their engagement with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process: Efficiently facilitate the integration of new contractors into our systems, ensuring precision in payroll, timesheets, superannuation, and invoicing. Manage contractor agreements while adhering to legal and compliance standards.
- Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain robust connections with your assigned contractors, offering prompt assistance and addressing inquiries. Actively engage with contractors to grasp their requirements and surpass their expectations.
- Administrative Management: Diligently oversee contractor records, including extensions, work orders, and rate modifications. Assist in coordinating visa sponsorship processes as necessary.
- Compliance Assurance: Maintain compliance by ensuring adherence to relevant regulations. Advocate for workplace health and safety by managing the Paxus iSafe register.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team to guarantee a smooth contractor experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Customer Service, Contractor Management, or Administrative roles.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Suite, particularly Excel.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
