Smartsheet is seeking a Client Success Specialist to oversee a designated portfolio of accounts, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction, effective product utilization, and customer loyalty. You will serve as the main point of contact for key clients, grasp customer success metrics, respond to inquiries, resolve challenges, and gradually become a trusted advisor for Smartsheet. This role presents a pivotal opportunity to join us at a crucial time and make a substantial impact. You will be responsible for maintaining elevated customer renewal rates through continuous engagement and technical guidance.

This significant position will report to a Customer Success Manager and offers the flexibility to work remotely, while also requiring occasional visits to the office for training and business necessities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct initial onboarding for enterprise-level clients, ensuring adoption and sustained engagement throughout the customer lifecycle. Under management's direction, develop a thorough engagement and communication strategy that proactively sustains high customer satisfaction. Act as the Smartsheet authority, offering guidance and addressing challenges related to project management and collaboration for clients. Simplify technical concepts for non-technical end-users. Identify customer needs and address any concerns. Under management's guidance, perform regular customer success evaluations to confirm satisfaction, resolve issues with the Technical Support team, and broaden Smartsheet usage within the account. Create processes and best practices to ensure customers derive maximum value from Smartsheet. Analyze usage patterns to gain insights, provide recommendations, and enhance customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary contact to manage and resolve critical situations. Collaborate with Sales and Professional Services teams to share customer insights that inform additional product and service sales opportunities. Provide expert customer feedback to product management, marketing, and sales regarding innovations and improvements in user experience, product capabilities, and customer engagement processes that ensure rapid adoption and usage for our clients, many of whom operate at large scales. Surpass all performance objectives. Perform other assigned duties.

Qualifications:

Experience in account management (required). 0-2 years of experience fostering valuable and outcome-oriented relationships with a diverse customer base. Exceptional task management abilities across a variety of responsibilities. Enthusiasm for working with cutting-edge, web-based technologies and a desire to comprehend Smartsheet's advantages, use cases, and technical aspects. Willingness to travel occasionally based on customer and business requirements. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal (C1+ and above).
