Job Title: OSHC Programme Leader
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated educator to lead our Before and After School Care programme.
The successful candidate will thrive in a nurturing, community-driven environment and be excited to make a real difference in children's lives.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme Development: Design and deliver engaging programmes that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy.
- Moment Celebration: Share children's learning and achievements with their families in meaningful ways.
- Safety and Support: Oversee attendance and bookings to ensure every child is safe and supported at all times.
- Team Guidance: Guide and support educators so they feel confident and valued in their roles.
- Community Building: Strengthen partnerships with families and the school to create a strong, connected care environment.
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
- Experience working in an Out of School Hours Care setting.
- A current Child Protection Training Certificate.
- Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
- A valid NSW Working With Children Check.
