Programme Manager Role

The NSW Electoral Commission seeks a skilled Programme Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale programmes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing programme plans and ensuring their successful implementation.

Your expertise in programme management disciplines, including risk and issues management, schedule management, dependencies, benefits management, resource demand/supply management, continuous improvement, etc., will be crucial in driving strategy and performance across the elections project management team.

About the Role

This is a temporary full-time role until 30th June 2027, with the possibility of extension. You will be based mainly in our Elizabeth Street, Sydney office, with some flexible arrangements agreed with the Executive Director, Elections Group.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on large-scale events and assist your local community. You will have the chance to build strong productive relationships and accurately manage expectations, whilst ensuring high-quality project management governance, compliance, and practices in line with the NSW Electoral Commission's programme management methodology and framework.
