About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be required to provide accurate and helpful information, manage guest accounts and ensure seamless check-in and check-out processes.
In addition to your excellent communication skills, you will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
What You Will Be Doing- Providing efficient service for guest registration and departure; maintain accurate guest accounts and provide accurate, helpful information.
- Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Ability to work rotating 7 day roster.
- Customer focused.
- Great attention to detail.
- Reliable and well groomed.
- Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate in Victoria.
- Australian Full driver's licence – confident driving is a must.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
