Key Responsibilities:

  • Process travel documents, assign seats, and issue boarding passes
  • Prepare and distribute baggage reclaim vouchers

With over 600 staff across 23 locations, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that values teamwork and employee growth.

What We Offer

As an Airport Customer Service Representative, you can expect a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.

In addition to your base salary, you will also receive:

  • A generous superannuation package of 11%
  • Shift penalties: $25.15 + 15% (for shifts between 04:00-07:00 and 20:00-00:00), $25.15 + 22.5% (for shifts between 00:00-04:00)
  • Saturday and Sunday overtime rates: time and a half and double time, respectively
  • Paid uniform and training
  • Enrolment into a Cert III course
  • Fatigue management and rostering system
  • Flexible rostering for a better work-life balance
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Impeccable grooming and deportment
  • High proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Pass drug and alcohol tests (cost reimbursed after 6 months employment)
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC card (cost reimbursed after 6 months employment)
  • Limited restrictions and ability to work a 7-day rotating roster
  • Availability for 2 weeks of full-time training
