Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations to join our team at dnata. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring timely and efficient check-in processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and security.
About the RoleThis is a permanent part-time position, requiring the ability to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling a high volume of customers, and dealing with complex issues in a calm and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer service to passengers, ensuring all customer requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Check-in passengers, handle baggage, and provide assistance as required
- Assist special needs passengers, including pushing wheelchairs to assist passengers
- Follow direction during shifts to achieve required timely aircraft departures (100% On-Time Performance)
- Comply with dnata Standard Operating Procedures and Policies
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer service-oriented role
- Experience in dealing with difficult situations and high-volume personalized customer service
- Ability to handle baggage up to 32kg
- Ability to work unsupervised at times and in a changing and fast-paced team environment
- High level of computer skills
- Motivated and capable of committing to rostered shifts spanning 24 hours/7 days a week
