We are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. As a valued member, you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and stakeholders, delivering exceptional support and promoting independence.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification, as well as current First Aid level 2 certification and a National Police Check. A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is preferred but not essential. The successful applicant will be committed to ongoing learning and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating effectively to achieve positive outcomes and smooth service delivery
  • Providing regular, quality support in line with participants' plans and needs
  • Assisting with accessing community resources and promoting social engagement
