Key responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including daily living activities and community access
  • Build strong relationships with clients to foster trust and communication
  • Promote independence and empower individuals to achieve their goals
Required skills and qualifications
  • Previous experience in disability support or a related field (not required but preferred)
  • Certificate III Disability or Certificate III Individual Support (Ageing and Disability) or higher
  • Current and valid Driver's Licence and insured, reliable car
  • NDIS Worker Screening clearance or willingness to obtain one
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency in technology such as smartphones, email and internet
