Requirements for Success

  • Ability to conduct thorough behavioural assessments and develop effective behaviour support plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and procedures related to disability support.
  • Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
