About the Role
This is an opportunity to play a key role in ensuring smooth and compliant program administration by supporting the depot team and broader business with essential administrative tasks that drive the successful delivery of our unitised works program.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Processing Timesheets, Purchase Orders, Invoicing, and Goods Receipting: Ensuring seamless business operations through efficient management of financial transactions.
- Supporting Tender Submissions: Compiling bid documentation, schedules, and related materials to enhance project delivery.
- Assisting Project Delivery: Creating project files, handover documentation, and compliance records to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Managing SAP and Other Systems: Generating reports, maintaining financial data, and supporting project tracking to inform strategic decision-making.
- Recording and Maintaining Key Business Data: Asset registers, tool lists, and employee details must be accurately recorded and maintained for seamless business operations.
- Providing Cross-Functional Support: Contributing to a collaborative work environment by providing timely support to team members.
- Driving Business Improvement Initiatives: Visual management reporting and performance tracking will drive continuous improvement and customer-focused outcomes.
- Ensuring Compliance: Preparing and closing work orders in systems such as Upvise and SAP to ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to regulatory requirements.
