  • Job Title: Site Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Administrator to provide business and administrative support to our operations in Eastern Victoria.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing the highest standard of business, administrative and customer support to enable the effective delivery of services to people experiencing homelessness.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Provide administrative support to program staff
    • Ensure regional and program managers receive high-quality business and administrative support
    • Perform administrative tasks such as accounts payable, fleet car management, asset management, WHS compliance, maintenance management, HR and payroll tasks, procurement requirements and continuous quality improvement projects
    • Coordinate on-site CCTV security systems
    • Coordinate IT hardware, mobile phone and personal duress alarm requests

This is a full-time permanent position that requires a relevant business qualification, advanced computer skills, strong internal and external stakeholder management, experience in accounts payable, excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
