Job Overview:

We seek a seasoned Construction Site Coordinator to oversee multiple construction sites, ensuring timely and efficient project delivery.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Construction Manager and be responsible for site management, contractor liaison, material procurement and scheduling, as well as ensuring compliance with safety protocols and OHS procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, including coordinating contractors, materials, and schedules.
  • Develop and implement standards and procedures to improve services provided.
  • Review design and completion documentation and implement final design plans and specifications.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role, leading a team, managing budgets, costs, consultants, and clients.
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Project, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong planning and field management skills and ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholders.
  • High-level numerical analysis skills and ability to provide clear conclusions and recommendations on complex issues.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of industry requirements and competition.
  • Ideal experience in a similar role for a large-scale construction partner.
  • Must have Australian construction experience.
