Project Delivery specialists play a pivotal role in coordinating and facilitating projects from sales handover through to the delivery of products on-site. This role focuses on ensuring smooth execution, stakeholder communication, and efficient delivery of each project milestone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the delivery process of each project from sales handover through to installation-ready delivery
  • Act as the central point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Schedule and oversee project timelines, proactively identifying risks and removing obstacles to meet delivery commitments
  • Organise and follow up on site measurements, shop drawings, and any required client approvals
  • Provide timely updates to clients regarding delivery progress and resolve any issues that arise during the delivery phase
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role within construction, manufacturing, or a related technical environment
  • Proven experience coordinating project milestones across multiple stakeholders and disciplines
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and an engineering mindset to interpret plans and technical documents
  • Confidence in handling challenging conversations and resolving delivery issues professionally
