Maximize Performance Through Effective Remarketing and Loss Recovery

We are seeking an experienced Remarketing & Loss Recoveries Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the best possible sale prices on all repossessed assets and monitoring operating lease inspections, invoicing, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive auction partners to achieve maximum sales performance while minimizing losses
  • Manage and communicate the direction and performance of the remarketing and recoveries teams to key stakeholders
  • Oversee the returns and excess charges for all operating lease products
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with retailer and brand partner networks
  • Digitize and automate systems, processes, and customer communications to drive efficiency gains and productivity improvements
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in leadership roles, managing multi-function teams with direct reports
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive sector, including remarg eting and auction house partners
  • Industry expertise in finance, insurance, and banking
  • Sound working knowledge of consumer credit protection laws, debt collection guidelines, and mercantile agents regulations
  • Demonstrated success in employee engagement and customer experience management
