We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Reliability Coordinator to enhance maintenance processes and ensure maximum asset efficiency.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on asset utilisation and maintenance procedures to support the maintenance team
  • Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to enhance asset reliability
  • Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out using the appropriate safety standards
  • Deliver coaching and development sessions to plant operations and maintenance personnel on asset management principles
  • Take ownership of the strategic maintenance direction for the plant and its assets

About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need experience in a similar reliability or maintenance position. A trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering would be advantageous, along with expertise in maintenance management systems and asset utilisation. Strong understanding of maintenance-related CMMS software, effective communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.
