About the Role">

The Asset Reliability Manager will lead reliability efforts, focusing on enhancing overall asset performance and efficiency. This involves collaborating closely with Senior Engineers and business stakeholders to adopt a reliability centred approach, thereby improving asset reliability through rigorous investigation and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and improve overall asset performance and efficiency.
  • Foster collaboration among teams for reliability improvements programmes and workshops.
  • Establish systems to set and analyse RAM targets, ensuring assets meet performance requirements.
  • Lead development of Reliability Growth Plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Implement strategies for improving asset reliability and maintenance execution.
  • Define service criticality of network assets.
  • Manage RCM and RCA frameworks and methodologies.
  • Design, plan, and commission asset changes to enhance performance and efficiency.
  • Evaluate impact of reliability actions and assess risks.
  • Support development of asset reliability analysis and modelling tools.
About You

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Asset Reliability Manager to lead our reliability efforts. This role requires a proactive leader who is technically proficient and adept at engaging stakeholders effectively, with a strong background in reliability engineering and asset management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in Asset Management and Reliability Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of Reliability Engineering approaches and techniques (RCM, RCA, FMECA, FRACAS, Condition Monitoring).
  • Experience in developing and managing Reliability Growth Plans.
  • Demonstrated facilitation skills to run reliability studies and workshops.
  • Ability to define service criticality of network assets.
  • Proven track record in implementing strategies to improve asset reliability and maintenance execution.
