Position Overview

Main Responsibilities:
  • Managing the financial performance of individual assets, including profit and loss statements, cash flow, valuations, and capital expenditure planning.
  • Creating and maintaining complex financial models.
  • Leading negotiations to optimize income from leasing agreements.
  • Overseeing budgets for capital expenditures and operational expenses across the asset portfolio.
  • Presenting asset performance and strategic plans to senior stakeholders and investors.
  • Collaborating with teams responsible for transactions, development, and finance.
About You

We are looking for a skilled professional with:

  • At least 5 years' experience in asset management within property funds, investment management, or institutional real estate.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling and ability to interpret complex data.
  • A proven track record of improving asset performance and net operating income.
  • Experience working with industrial or logistics assets is desirable.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to leverage operational support to focus on strategic initiatives and portfolio growth.
