Asset Performance Lead

In this critical role, you will spearhead asset performance reviews to ensure safety, reliability, and resilience.

  • Conduct thorough assessments of equipment condition and operational efficiency
  • Develop actionable recommendations for maintenance planning and execution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive optimal asset utilization and minimize downtime

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading asset integrity reviews to mitigate risk and optimize performance
  • Developing data-driven insights to inform maintenance strategies
  • Communicating complex technical information to stakeholders at all levels

Requirements for success include:

  • Strong working knowledge of Australian regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering (or equivalent)
  • Advanced understanding of technical regulatory frameworks
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
