A leading organization is seeking a skilled Psychologist to join their team in providing trauma-informed care to vulnerable children, young people, families and carers.
The selected candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary service providing holistic and culturally informed best practice interventions for young people living in Out of Home Care.
This 12-Month Temporary Opportunity (with possibility of extension), Part-time position offers a competitive salary range: $79,592 - $154,889 (pro-rata) p.a. plus superannuation and annual leave loading.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality psychological assessments, therapeutic interventions and other professional services to client groups.
- Work collaboratively with the Psychological and Specialist Services team within the LINKS Western team.
- Be trained, supervised and supported by experienced clinical supervisors who are experts in evidence-based trauma services.
Qualifications and Experience
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology recognized by the relevant governing body.
- Full registration as a Psychologist or provisional registration with an ability to fulfill full registration within the required timeframe.
- Experience in therapeutic frameworks for child abuse, neglect and trauma.
- A valid driver's license for travel requirements.
