About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Sales Project Coordinator to join our team at Penske Transportation Solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Fleet Project Manager in developing a comprehensive project management plan, incorporating all project aspects and objectives.
  • Liaise with customers and stakeholders to manage key activities, including sourcing products, managing subcontractors, and delivering final project documentation.
  • Monitor project variables against the project management plan and performance baseline.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver required work packages and ensure project timeframes are met.
  • Assist with managing the project budget.

About You:

  • Experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles.
  • Demonstrated planning and organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, including regular contact with customers and staff.
  • Ability to apply problem-solving techniques to project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Project Management software, and business operating systems.
  • Experience in the Truck Sales industry is highly advantageous.
