About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fleet Project Coordinator to join our team at Penske. As a key member of our sales and operations team, you will play a critical role in coordinating clear and attainable fleet sales project objectives, assisting with building project requirements, and managing costs, time, and quality constraints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Support the Fleet Project Manager to develop a detailed project management plan incorporating all project aspects and objectives.
  • Customer Liaison and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with the customer and support with the management of key stakeholder activities, including the sourcing of products, management of subcontractors, and delivery of final project documentation.
  • Project Monitoring and Control: Monitor project variables against the project management plan and the project performance baseline.
  • Internal and External Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver required work packages and ensure that project timeframes are met.
  • Project Budget Management: Support with managing the project budget.
About You
  • Experience and Skills: Experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles, with demonstrated planning and organisational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and excellent communication and relationship building skills.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Project Management software, and business operating systems.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience with the Truck Sales industry would be highly advantageous.
