Job Description

Your new opportunity:

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in coordinating clear and attainable fleet sales project objectives. You will assist with building project requirements and managing costs, time, and quality constraints.

In this role, you will:

  1. Support the Fleet Project Manager in developing a detailed project management plan that incorporates all project aspects and objectives.
  2. Liaise with customers and stakeholders to manage key activities, including sourcing products, managing subcontractors, and delivering final project documentation.
  3. Monitor project variables against the project management plan and the project performance baseline.
  4. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to deliver required work packages and ensure project timeframes are met.
  5. Support with managing the project budget.

About You:

  • Experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles.
  • Demonstrated planning and organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, including the ability to maintain regular contact with customers and staff.
  • Ability to apply appropriate problem-solving techniques to project-related issues.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Project Management software, and business operating systems.
  • Experience with the Truck Sales industry would be highly advantageous.
