Job Overview

Your New Role:

Essential position to facilitate clear and achievable objectives for fleet sales projects, assist in establishing project requirements, and oversee budget, timeline, and quality constraints.

In this position, you will:

  • Assist the Fleet Project Manager in creating a comprehensive project management strategy that encompasses all project elements and goals.
  • Engage with clients and aid in managing key stakeholder interactions, including product sourcing, subcontractor management, and final project documentation delivery.
  • Track project variables against the established project management strategy and performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of necessary work packages.
  • Contribute to the oversight of the project budget.

About You:

  • Proven experience in sales coordination or project coordination roles.
  • Strong planning and organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including the capacity to maintain regular contact with clients and team members as needed.
  • Capability to implement effective problem-solving strategies for project-related challenges.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, project management tools, and business operating systems.
  • Experience in the Truck Sales sector is highly desirable.
