Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating communications between clients, contractors, and staff to ensure our services meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily interactions, quotations, queries, and work orders between FES customers and technicians to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts and meeting reporting requirements set by clients to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including reporting, non-programmed visits, and updates to the customer portal to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain the FES database, ensuring accurate information entry into Firecode, while adhering to policies and procedures.
  • Actively participate in the development and improvement of FES and Firecode processes to drive innovation and efficiency within our service delivery processes.
