Job Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join our administration team at Engage Personnel.

About the Role:

  • Prepare and lodge new client registrations, including ABN, TFN, GST, and PAYG applications.
  • Liaise with clients, the ATO, and external parties.
  • Prepare fees and work towards electronic files and filing systems.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including typing letters and reports using templates.
  • Scan, email, and file documents to the document management system.
  • Coordinate company updates and changes.
  • Prepare and coordinate company statements.
  • Perform ASIC lodgments.

About You:

  • 2-3 years of administration experience within an accounting or investment firm.
  • Professional services/public practice/ASIC experience.
  • Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office and MYOB AE.
  • Proficiency with general administration processes.
