A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join a thriving boutique practice in Mount Waverly.

The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our administration team, reporting to the Office Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and lodging new client registrations, including ABN, TFN, GST, and PAYG applications;
- Liaising with clients, the ATO, and external parties;
- Fee preparation;
- Proactively working towards electronic files and filing systems;
- Administration duties, including typing letters and reports using templates;
- Scanning, emailing, and filing documents to the DMS;
- Company updates and changes;
- Preparation and coordination of company statements;
- ASIC lodgments;
- General administrative duties.
About You
- 2-3 years of administration experience within an Accounting or Investment firm;
- Professional Services/Public Practice/ASIC experience;
- Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office and MYOB AE;
- Proficiency with general administration processes.
