A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Client Services Coordinator to join a thriving boutique practice in Mount Waverly.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Client Services Coordinator to join our administration team, reporting to the Office Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing and lodging new client registrations, including ABN, TFN, GST, and PAYG applications;
  • Liaising with clients, the ATO, and external parties;
  • Fee preparation;
  • Proactively working towards electronic files and filing systems;
  • Administration duties, including typing letters and reports using templates;
  • Scanning, emailing, and filing documents to the DMS;
  • Company updates and changes;
  • Preparation and coordination of company statements;
  • ASIC lodgments;
  • General administrative duties.

About You

  • 2-3 years of administration experience within an Accounting or Investment firm;
  • Professional Services/Public Practice/ASIC experience;
  • Proven experience with software such as Microsoft Office and MYOB AE;
  • Proficiency with general administration processes.
