This senior position is ideal for an experienced and driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced consultancy environment and is looking to step into a leadership role on stormwater and drainage projects of varying scales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive stormwater drainage systems, WSUD, and OSD projects
  • Effectively manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Foster strong relationships with clients, councils, and regulatory authorities to ensure design compliance
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and designers
  • Prepare and review detailed technical reports, modeling outputs, and design documentation
  • Contribute to proposal development, fee estimation, and business growth initiatives

The successful candidate will possess extensive experience in stormwater and drainage engineering, preferably within a consultancy setting, and proficiency in relevant software (e.g., DRAINS, MUSIC, HECRAS, TUFLOW, Civil 3D).
